In this sequel, the retired Rangers discover one of their former Rangers has fallen on hard times and is now the town drunk. Looking to help out an old friend, the group somber him up and help him in getting the job of town marshal with them as his deputies. The reunited Rangers now face the task of cleaning up the town of Waco while trying to not let their newly-sobered friend know they've been secretly helping him.
